I believe that art should be accessible beyond gallery walls, and as such, my curatorial work activates everyday spaces and online platforms, creating opportunities for broader engagement. This section features projects in analog photography, multimedia installations, and online spaces for emerging artists.

March 12 - April 14, 2024
March 12 - April 14, 2024
Solo curation | Scenes from a City featured eight analog photographers who capture moments of energy, life, and movement in Ottawa. Portraits of creatives & musicians and images of luminous night settings, neighbourhood sites, and local entertainment hubs were combined to present just a small glimpse into a vibrant and diverse arts scene.
Featured Artists: Adel Manji, Émilie Klemm, Ephemere, Giacomo Oliviero, Jean Christian Furaha Ishimwe, Kate Roy, and Sydney Hall.
DO IT FOR THE GRAIN (2019-2023)

Between 2019 and 2023, I was a key curator, administrator, and Board of Directors member (2019-2020) for Ottawa's community analog photography zine, Do It For The Grain. This involved planning and executing four group exhibitions and co-curating dozens of print issues.
CUS PHOTO (2009-2019)

For 10 years, I curated CUS PHOTO, an online platform born from the early Flickr photography community. The site featured over 70 interviews with emerging photographers globally. This project provided early exposure for artists such as Michael Bailey-Gates, Larry (Laurence) Olivier, Francesca Allen, Margaret Durow, Tara Niami, Matthew Tammaro, and Arden Wray, and many others who have since achieved notable success.
MALFORM PRESS (2016-2017)

Katrina Nethercott and I co-founded Malform in Calgary, Canada, a small press driven by a passion for interdisciplinary dialogue. We published two thematic issues, showcasing a diverse range of artists from Europe and North America. Beyond print, we curated community events that fostered collaborations between musicians, installation artists, and local bookmakers, creating a vibrant hub for creative exchange.
